ANSWERS


General:
1. Yes. Our shopping cart processes all the information by using the latest security technology: SSL 128-bit encryption.

2. Yes, your personal information is securely stored in our Ecommerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. You have the option to make this information available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop from us.

3. Absolutely not: We do not sell, trade, or share any of your information with anyone under any circumstances. Click here to review our Privacy Policy.

4. Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is shipped out. You will receive notification by e-mail if the payment was approved.

5. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order.

6. If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order.

7. If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.

8. Our return policy is available on the Terms of Sale agreement.

9. There are various ways of finding a product. You can browse our online store through categories by clicking on the main menu button links to find what you are looking for, you can also click on 'Search' and type a search term related to what you are looking for and all corresponding results will be displayed.

10. There are links and buttons on the site to get you where you want to go. Products are available from the main menu and under the "Products" button link, you can also view informational web pages that we have set up so you can get some information on our company and our products.

11. Our contact information is provided on our Contact Page.

Shipping:
12. Your order is processed the same business day the order is placed if you order before 11am EST. If your order is placed after 11am, it is processed the next business day. Your parcel will arrive within 2 business days (Excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order has been placed. All Express orders require signature.

13. Delivery for your item can take from 5 up to 12 business days after an order has been placed including processing time. Order tracking is available for UPS shipping. Free shipping is available for all standard orders 50.00 or more. All orders over $100.00 require signature.

14. We currently ship within the US only. Shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Marina Islands, and Palau.

15. Currently we ship through UPS.

Returns:
16. You may return items up to 30 days after the purchase date. Only full, unused, unopened containers in its original packaging will/can be accepted for refund. Only items purchased on www.inglotusa.com can be accepted for a refund. Products received from / ordered on the Online Store won’t be accepted for return at Any INGLOT Retail Stores. All goods will be inspected on return. Anything in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. You will be charged shipping fee for any returns unless they are due to Inglot Cosmetics mistake. We’ll send you an email as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your INGLOTUSA.com account. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This can take 5–10 business days to show on your bank/credit card account, dependent on your bank/card issuer.

17. If you want/ wish/ decide/ need to return a product(s) received from our Online Store, please thoroughly fill out the “Return Section” of the invoice that was enclosed in your original order. Place the invoice inside the package with the items you wish to return, retaining a copy of it. To prevent package loss and to ensure the prompt delivery, please keep all shipping receipts for tracking information. Insured Parcel Post is recommended for shipping the return package. Please retain all receipts and tracking information for your records.

Damages:
19. After receiving the package inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. if you notice that your items has been damaged, please contact us immediately by phone at 855-224-1922 or via email salesRep@inglotusa.com . For fastest service please provide us with your email address, phone number and the order number. Please retain the shopping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Original shipping charges are refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Inglot Cosmetics on returned items, and Inglot Cosmetics will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
